Registration is Open Now!

We are happy to announce that registration for ISBE 2026 is now open! We encourage you to register as soon as possible to take advantage of reduced fees and to plan your trip and accommodation in advance.

Please read the information carefully before proceeding with your registration.

ISBE Membership
To register you must be a financial member of the International Society of Behavioral Ecology (ISBE). During the registration procedure you will be asked to confirm your ISBE membership. Click  here  to become a member.

REGISTRATION FEES

ISBE Student
The ISBE Student registration fees apply to full or part time student members (e.g., undergraduate, Honours, Masters, PhD).

Developing Nations
The ISBE developing nations registration fees apply to participants travelling from the countries listed  here

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Entry to the Congress plenary and concurrent sessions
• Icebreaker on July 19^th
• Daily coffee breaks
• Entry to poster sessions
• Activities on free afternoon (July 22^nd)
• Tickets for the Museum of Natural Sciences, Egyptian Museum and Botanical Gardens
• 10% discount for designated city museums
• Name Badge
• Access to the Congress App

Lunch and tickets to the Congress Social Party are not included in the registration and may be purchased at an additional cost.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Lunch

Lunch boxes at the venue are optional, and can be purchased during the Registration procedure for each of the following days: 20, 21, 23 and/or 24 July 2026.

Please note that a food court is available inside the Lingotto building with a variety of offers that can be viewed at this link  and other options are available across the street (for example Eataly). Plenty of time will be given for the lunch break.

ISBE Social Party

Event with food, music, and entertainment inside a lovely setting in Torino’s beautiful Valentino park. Tickets – with differential pricing for students and senior members  – can be purchased during the registration procedure. Tickets are also available for the accompanying person.

Accompanying person

Optional tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased during the Registration procedure. ​​Please note that accompanying persons do not have access to scientific sessions unless separately registered.

PAYMENT METHOD

You may pay by Credit Card – MasterCard and Visa – or bank transfer. An invoice will be sent within 30 days from completing the payment.

Full payment of fees is required before registration can be confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation must be notified via email to info@isbe2026.com (to the attention of Centro Congressi Internazionale Srl).

Cancellations will be accepted until 01/04/2026: up to this date, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded (bank charges will not be refunded).

No refunds will be made after 01/04/2026.
